It's Spring Break at Harvard, and you know what that means....
LOAD-IN ON THE MAINSTAGE!
Each year I have been at Harvard, I have forsworn sun and sand and traded balmy beaches for screw guns and table saws. My skin may be paler, but my soul is more fulfilled. Or so I tell myself.
So this year, my first spring as Mainstage Coordinator, I have even more responsibility to make sure things don't get fucked up. Knowing this, I promptly got sick and missed the first day of load in. Go me.
I felt terrible for missing the first day. My absence would obviously hinder the entire build process. But then I walked in this morning and found the stage looking like this:
For those of you who can't tell, that's a breakable 20-foot wall that's been built on the Mainstage. Guess I'm not as important as I thought. I just bring the cheer, I suppose. And the Robitussin. Now the girls have gone to help username: FAUST and David and I are sitting doing producerial-type things. Clearly we are getting lots done. Or at least I am....
